Overview

When AI begins an integration project, we start by delivering a customized project plan based on interface needs, available customer resources, and timeline for delivery. This plan will be used to schedule weekly meetings and technical sessions. Additionally, there are documents to exchange so integration and configuration work can begin.

Checklist

Customer Documents

These items are provided by the customer so AI can work in their environment and begin mapping data:

AI Documents

These documents need to completed so AI can configure the server(s) and configure the platform.

Server Worksheets

Fill out one sheet per server, so if there are production and test environments, there are typically two sheets filled out (one for each). There is also an FAQ to answer common questions about the server environment and requirements.

Data Dictionaries

This spreadsheet contains the data needed to configure the system: information about workflows, users, procedures, naming conventions, and systems that Bridge will be interacting with and displaying data from.

Workflow Discussion

This is a guide for the introductory workflow conversation between the customer subject matter experts and the AI integration team. AI will lead a discussion on each of the topics to survey the details of the workflow and walk through the requirements of the data dictionary mappings.

Category Topic Discussion
Data Dictionary Data sources (External Systems) Describe which data sources provide which types of data (orders, MRN issuers, etc.) across which facilities
Data Dictionary Facilities and patient classes (Site Classes) Details about which patient types are seen across facilities
Data Dictionary User mappings Different types of identifiers and relation to SSO, provider mnemonics, etc.
Data Dictionary Procedure mappings CPT mappings, flags, etc.
Data Dictionary Resource mappings Modality types and names and locations
Data Dictionary System statuses Map different system statuses to common lexicon
